T5 Pick up Point (Domestic)

Heathrow T5 pick up point is found by taking the lift, found just passed the "Giraffe Juice Bar" which will be in front of you as soon as you enter the arrivals hall. Take the lift to the departures level (level 3) Once you are at the departures level follow the exit signs and Leave the building at this point. Once outside you will be in front of a crossing, cross one lane of traffic. Turn left and wait there, next to the pedestrian crossing opposite door number 19 (red sign above the door). Your taxi will be waiting there displaying your name in their window.

Please ensure you switch on your Mobile Telephone as your driver will be calling you about 15 minutes after landing.
